Jadeja’s catch to dismiss Rahim was even more impressive. Rahim was playing cautiously on 38, but he tried to hit a big shot off the bowling of Mohammed Shami. Jadeja dived to his right and took a reflex catch to dismiss Rahim.

India’s fielding was excellent throughout the match, but there were two catches in particular that stood out. In the 28th over, Rahul took a stunning diving catch at point to dismiss Mushfiqur Rahim for 38. Rahim had played a well-paced innings, but Rahul’s catch was a turning point in the match.
In the 43rd over, Jadeja took an equally impressive catch at point to dismiss Mahmudullah Riyad for 49. Mahmudullah had looked dangerous, but Jadeja’s catch put India in firm control of the match.

India’s batsmen then chased down the target with ease, winning by seven wickets with 10 balls to spare. Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill put on a 103-run opening partnership, and Virat Kohli finished the match off with a flourish, scoring an unbeaten 97.
